To maintain consistent product performance, Shengtang implements quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process. Production equipment is supported by monitoring systems and controlled winding processes to help ensure cable consistency during manufacturing.
Inline Monitoring: Monitoring of cable dimensions, production parameters, and fiber handling conditions during processing.
Quality Assurance: Optical performance testing, including OTDR testing at 1310nm and 1550nm wavelengths, together with mechanical performance inspection before shipment.
Finished Cable Storage & Global Shipping Warehouse
Shengtang maintains finished product storage areas for optical cable reels before shipment. Standardized packaging methods help protect products during handling, transportation, and international delivery.
